Currently, the Loch Lomond Villa Foundation and Research Department are excited to launch a new initiative called Discover to Care. The project is designed to support innovative initiatives that enhance the quality of life for both our residents and their families. This grant invites Loch Lomond Villa staff to submit pilot project proposals focused on creative and impactful solutions.
We are pleased to offer two streams for applications:
Stream 1: Social Engagement + Community Engagement Stream: Projects under this stream will focus on improving social connections and engagement for residents. The goal is to enhance the well-being of residents through innovative social programming and community involvement.
Stream 2: Nursepreneur Stream: This stream encourages nurse-led innovation, empowering staff to develop new approaches to resident care, family support, or operational efficiency. Nurses are invited to create pilot projects that align with their expertise and bring fresh, practical solutions to care delivery.
